If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had an appointment from 8 a.m. to noon for a repair on my dishwasher. I waited until 12:30 p.m. to start trying to get ahold of someone to find out why they didn't show up. When I was finally able to speak to someone they told me that they didn't have an appointment for me but they absolutely did. It seems someone wanted to start their Christmas vacation early and couldn't be bothered so now I have to try to find someone to repair my dishwasher which likely won't happen until after the holidays. Bay Tech took the call setting up all the appointments and completing the job that was difficult in so many ways whirlpool never having the part yet they were selling parts right off the website of whirlpool and the excuse whirlpool had it's a third party. Let me be clear Bay Tech is a champion for the consumer's even when manufacturing companies tie up the hand's of the service companies like Bay Tech. Steve came a few days after our washer stopped working. He was friendly, answered all the questions I had and let my son and I watch him while he worked. He ordered our replacement part immediately and later found he had one on hand. He call and replaced it same day. Price was fair. Pam in the office was also a delight to talk to. I couldn't ask for a nicer company to work with. I will definitely use them again...
