Budget Blinds - Howard Village did an amazing job from start to finish! From Danielle scheduling all of the appointments, chatting on the phone about what to expect, and answering any questions we had, to Alex doing an amazing job holding a virtual consultation, coordinating fabrics and materials, coming out to the house to share the fabric swatches- which were spot on, and ensuring we would love our new blinds and shades, and finally to Jacob who did a fantastic job with the installation of all the shades and blinds. They are all so very personable and easy to talk with. Alex has a great vision for design!! Talking with Danielle was like talking to an old friend. Had a life changing experience with Budget Blinds of Howard Village! From the very first meeting with Alex, the owner. He was knowledgeable about the 100’s of different options. Danielle was polite and very courteous in the office. The life changing event was with Jacob, our installer. The more my husband and I talked with him, the more we had in common...I’ll just say I believe in miracles and Jacob was sent to our house by a higher power for a reason today. Our family will always have a special bond with this company. Jacob has a gift to gab and made our install very interesting. Alex took the time to explain the difference in their blinds, color options, new operating mechanisms and warranties. Showed a lot of patience as we reviewed the colors to the wall paint in each room.

Jacob and Garrett installed them very efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, and explained how the blinds work, maintenance tips if needed, warranties again, or simply, just call if you have any questions because they backup their products they sell.
