2017 I bought my stove from Gene 9 years ago! I don't reget it one bit! Gene has always been there for anything I've ever needed, even adjusting his schedule to meet mine. Wonderful customer service! 12/6/2019 I noticed that my low water light had went out. Gene talked me through the proper troubleshooting steps to make sure that we found the problem. Prices you can find anywhere but the attitude of the owner affected this review poorly, extremely poorly. He didn't just wake up on the "wrong side of the bed", he woke up on the completely wrong bed, maybe couch. First impressions say alot bud, whatever happened that day don't take it out on your customers, you want them to return and make purchases NOT to make them want to hit your mailbox when they leave your driveway. Why go here if I can go just about anywhere else, get the same prices, and get treated with respect as a customer. I am visiting from out of town for the holidays and what a fantastic find! The shop was packed to the gills with pretty pretty Christmas decor and antiques. Great prices!!!! The store displays were so nice, and the owner displayed many items by color... purple display, pink display. We had so much fun, we even went thru a 2d time going the opposite direction. Sadly I have to fly back on a plane, but if I had a car I would have filled it with treasure. I have a shop in Pennsylvania and many of the prices were wholesale prices where I am from.
