I purchased a Parker House electric loveseat for a total of $1100. After one month the foam in the front fell out, and then the wooden bar Was exposed and that is what you had to put your legs on I had bruises. I called Mike. The owner and explained all this to him. He said that is the way they are. After telling me never to go to Fleet farm or menards. Or any of those or Ashley furniture don't go there. Cause you will get junk well. He sold me something much worse after one month. These problems all occurred. He told me.I could have it fixed, but it's going to continue to Happn. So it's usplus, this came out of his own mouth. He said that's all I could do.He would not offer me any help.Whatsoever he wouldn't even offer after I paid for delivery. He wouldn't even pick it up to bring it somewhere For me at the bottom of his receipt, it says you must go to manufacturer so I did that and I have been back-and-forth with the manufacturer for almost a month now they are not helping me either. They're telling me he needs to take care of it. Well, he's not going to take care of it and they won't even make a phone call 2, the sales person who sells to Town & Country furniture to try to help me.So my review is a very bad review I feel like I was really taken. And this was my very first brand new sofa. And I wanted a very good quality.I was very particular about that.I did not want to have this happen but it did. BEWARE Anyone who would consider purchasing from town and country furniture That what you buy is yours with no warranty and no fixing. If the problem is bad, it doesn't matter what the problem may be. He wouldn't even look at pictures. He wouldn't even come to look at the couch. I live right down the road and he refused to even come look at it, so what you buy? You will not get help for...
Read morevery bad place to go and buy furniture. they tell you whatever they want to get you to buy there furniture and if something is broken, dont think that they'll come and fix it even though its within a 30 days. i paid 3,000 dollars for a sectional and table and the table was supposed to be real wood and one of the doors have cracked the stain is coming off and for the couch. when it arrived there was a nail sticking out and put a scratch through the leather which was supposed to be fixed never was also the levers to lift the leg rests up took a crap with a couple months. i asked if it was scotch guarded and if it wasnt i wanted it done due to i have dogs and its a good thing to have on furniture to protect from spills etc. which after something spilled about 3months later is when i learned it wasnt scotch guarded. also from using the one foot stool that still works from using it has made the furniture fray. DONT BUY FROM THEM. i could go on forever talking about how bad of a store they are. my WARNING TO ALL DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. unless you want to waste money and have to buy new...
Read moreWe purchased our Southern Motion living room furniture from Town and Country. After 6 months one of the seams let loose on the cushion. We took it in and it was replaced. Less than two years old now and another seam let loose. The first phone call I made I was told it was out of warranty but, they would take care of it. After waiting over a month for someone to get back to me, I called them back . Now I'm told we will have to pay to get it fixed. The furniture is like new, its just me and my husband. A pain to be taking apart and taking in to get fixed. Very disappointed in the quality of this furniture. Will not buy...
