Locke Auction — Local services in Town of Locke

After several years of purchasing things through Cliff’s auctions and spending weekly $100-$200 A WEEK in product that was fair in price I decided with my buying experience to no longer do business with Locke auction due to favoritism and unfairness. Cliff and his wife are wonderful people and that was the only reason why I continued to purchase although Ashley’s attitude I could nolonger deal with. When you won a bid she would read off your name but when it came to picking up your product the next day your name did not make the list. Ashley would over promise but then give away to who she chose to. You chose a color and she would give who SHE wanted first choice instead of what fairly the high bidder chose. On first available pick up day wait times to get your order was at times an hour watching them search for items that they could not complete your order with. I call ahead to get my order organized and pick up 3 hours later and still had to wait 45 minutes. Some food that was suppose to be frozen was thawed out by the time my order was collected which warranted to be eatin up quickly or had to be thrown out. Ashley’s “Steller Service” was rude and rolled her eyes on several occasions and the way she treats others is why I no longer buy from Locke Auction and will no longer help/deal with her.
