Well I guess I am going to be the first reviewer not to give Complete Water a 5 star review. We had Complete Water do the pump installation and water line to the house after we had our new well drilled. In the house we had them install a constant pressure system and hook up to our existing water softener. I would give 5 stars for that portion of the job. The problems began with the abandonment of our old well, they forgot to cap the old water line to the hose , so when they filled the well with bentonite the water from the well ended up in our basement causing water damage to a tv stand I had just made, as well as tracking mud through the house They also ran over one of my garden hoses and damaging one of the ends. When we brought these issues to the owner, he basically tried to say that his guys wouldn't have done that. They also did damage to the neighbors across the street 's ditch by driving their truck and trailer off the road a rutting up the ditch. They only repaired it after my wife and one of the neighbors called them out on it! The repair job was less than satisfactory in our opinion. No offer of what can we do to make it right, or we'll buy you a new hose , or let me know what it will take to fix the tv stand, or even a simple apology that they were sorry about what had happened! The owner angrily told me to take off what I thought it was worth off the bill, I paid the entire amount on the invoice they sent because I didn't want to be called out for not paying the bill! Also on the final bill there was a charge for abandoning the old well, 138 feet at $9 a foot. I made a call to another local company that did some work on the well approximately 25 years ago, and low and behold they have it on record that the well measured 126 ft when they measured it back then, don't really know that a well can get deeper all on its own, but I'm not an expert. The most disturbing thing to happen is that the water test from the well driller came negative for bacteria, but once Complete Water installed the pump and water line, we now have bacteria in the well and they want us to pay another $300 to have them come and re-chlorinate the well and get another water test. The guy I talked to on the phone about the bacteria in the water said it's at a level one for bacteria, but its up to me if we want to live with it or re-chlorinate and test. no offer to take care of it or offer a lower price. Not being an expert, is it possible they were the cause of the bacteria in the first place? We had that same local company that did the work on the well 25 years ago come today to do that job and will be enlisting their services as we need to in the future. We are also having another local plumber install a Hellenbrand Iron Filter and Reverse Osmosis Drinking water system. I would definitely not recommend Complete Water to anyone...
Read moreHad an issue with my well pump continually running. Called Complete Water and talked with Jason. He said he would call me back after checking his schedule to set something up. 5 minutes later he called and we met up an hour later. It was determined we needed to pull the well pump so he arranged to have that happen a couple hours later that day. It turned out not to be something easy and simple. Enter an excavator, and a long work day to insure I had water. (Thought they may leave and come back tomorrow) Immediate issue was taken care of. Setup another date and time to finish up with new pressure tank, water softener, and some really beautiful plumbing work. It was an awesome experience to be taken care of completely!! There is truly only one call you would need to make on any water/plumbing issue and end up being completely satisfied.

Read moreI’m a new home owner. I had no idea i was supposed to be changing a water filter. I noticed the pressure in my hose go down. I understand that it’s a maintenance thing that needs to be done often and is something that I could’ve totally done myself. But I wanted the peace of mind of a professional showing me what to do the first time. He was super nice and answered all of my questions! He waited to leave until I confirmed that my water pressure was back to normal. He also brought the filter to me so I didn’t have to try and figure out which one to get the first time. Overall, it was a five star experience. If I am ever needing any work in the future, I will definitely be...
