Contacted them many weeks ahead of when we would need a telehandler for our new build and informed me of pricing, but not that they required commercial level insurance to rent from them. Only when it came time to order a lift to rent was I made aware that a commercial level insurance was required. Our insurance agent attempted to work with the company at no avail.
