Rices here are pretty high but I like to support local businesses and I live 5 miles down the road. I went in with my service dog, and instantly an older woman who I am assuming is the owner pounced on me about the dog. I instantly said that I saw the sign and that yes he was a service animal. She was very rude and loud and kept asking me if he was for medical or psychological! And if he was for psychological I needed to show papers. I said I don’t have to tell her that. She was argumentative and very confrontational. Kept saying the law says she can ask. I said he is a service dog not an emotional support dog. Also said I clearly wouldn’t bring him where food is sold if he wasn’t. I decided to not do business there and as I walked out she sarcastically said BYE!! I turned around and told her that she could speak to people in a kinder way and not so rude since she is in customer service.
