Three Rivers Athletic Complex — Local services in Town of Lysander

I've been to this rink twice, once watch a high school hockey game and for ice skating. The only other place I've been to for ice skating is Sunny Crest in Syracuse, NY. Watching this game versus the high school I attended led to me watching the Syracuse Crunch versus the Rochester Americans at the Syracuse War Memorial. I also visited a friend from High School in the New York State North Country between the Saint Lawrence Saints and Clarkson Golden Knights. It was a friendly rivalry between us at the time. We didn't make it to regulation time, which is why I was invited, but was able to get in for the overtime period luckily. They allowed the students to fill up the stadium including standing room in the aisles as a tradition between the two teams, and a tradition to allow the Underclassmen in to take part. The TRAC is an excellent facility. It has an Ice rink and a full size turf area for baseball, lacrosse, soccer and field hockey. It has a nice bar with food and a game room. The staff are very friendly and the facility is very clean and well maintained. It is a very nice complex and home to the Baldwinsville Bees Ice Hockey team. It is also the host of the Lysander Lightning Youth Hockey Association. The LYHA is also an excellent organization promoting youth hockey and good sportsmanship helping the youth to succeed in their pursuits as they mature...

This facility has two sheets of ice. The ice quality is fair, however at the south end of Rink 2 there are major issues with the ice not freezing properly. The stands are wooden benches but have plenty of knee room. The renovations in 2015 brought in a new snack bar area as well as a restaurant/bar. The restaurant and lobby area has a view of one of the rinks.
