Browsing was an enjoyable pastime, though I'm not generally attracted to homemade country crafts and kitsch of which there was plenty. I'm drawn to look for antiques which were somewhat less plentiful with the exception of a top floor of antique furniture. If your looking for nice used books, dvds, albums, or vintage comics and magazine you're likely to find something to satisfy. They have a nice selection of local honey, jams, jelly, pickles, relishes and the like, and I was especially appreciative to see so many sugar-free varieties of the jams and jellies. One vendor has an amazing selection of spices, teas, essential oils, artisan soaps, etc. I didn't eat at the deli, but whatever they were cooking...

We have been taking an hour and a half trip to the Market Barn for the last 15 plus years. It was truly an antique boutique gone wild. Each stall was a different person's collection of treasures. I have come home with many a find. Recent years have changed the kind of merchandise sold by individuals. More imported and dollar store items are in the numerous stalls.
