KG carpet and upholstery cleaning corp — Local services in Town of Mamaroneck

We originally called stanley Steamer to clean our carpet, couch and kitchen chairs as we had used their services in the past. Stanley Steamer sent a young man with a bad attitude so my wife asked him to leave. After receiving a phone call from her, I looked for someone that was responsible and had a good reputation. I actually didn't know who to call. After reading Kelvins reviews on line, We decided to call KG carpet. I have to say, I was a little nervous at first. I knew that if it didnt work out I wouldnt hear the end of it. I called and expected him to call me later in the day. Instead, Kelvin called me 5 minutes after I placed the call to him. He actually made an appointment for the next morning @ 9:45 am because I informed that we needed it done ASAP. lo and behold, he was actually on time, and even called on the way to our home. Amazing! He looked at the items that we wanted cleaned and told us that he could bring them back to their original condition. He then gave us a fair estimate. We said yes, and he began the work immediately. When he finished 3 or so hours later, we couldnt believe it. We were having the carpet cleaned because we wanted to donate it in a clean condition. It came out like brand new. My wife now wants to keep it. The Couch and kitchen chairs are Showroom clean and there is no chemical odor from any of the pieces that were cleaned. Kelvin did an amazing job and labored non-stop to get it done. Aside from the great workmanship, My wife and I both agree that he is probably the most pleasant , honest person that we have ever had the pleasure to work in our home. We will recommend him to any one that may be looking for his services. He defininitly deserves * 5 stars. We couldnt be happier. Thank you Kelvin. BARBARA & GINO...

If I can give the owner Kelvin a zero star I would. I had a beautiful carpet in my bedroom in which he destroyed .He shredded it, he claimed it was blue however anyone with clear vision can see it is grey. He put navy blue dye on a stain and then removed it with bleach against my wishes. He brought a cockroach in to my impeccable home. He refused to refund money He also made me cut in to the excess rug I purchased less than one year ago so he can "practice" with dye. Supposedly he is an expert colorist! He does nothing but lie. I am taking him to small claims court because he will not bring me the money I paid him. He absolutely destroyed my brand new rug..I would love to post pictures on here however if you would like to see them please just ask. He should not be in this industry.He has absolutely no clue as to what he is doing..So, if you value your time, money and your home do not think about calling this person he is the absolute worst! I will post before and after photos please request my phone number and I will be more than happy to explain what a disaster this man, is bringing cockroaches in my home. Anything he is saying in response is a lie. If he agreed to buy me a new rug why would I need to take him to small claims court The saddest part of this whole thing is that this person is in complete denial of all the damage he did. He is trying to blame me. I hope NOONE ever has to go through what I just did with...

My wife & I researched several Service providers, and ultimately decided to try KG Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. We choose this Provider because it had the best Reviews from Customers. I initially called after hours, expecting to leave a voice message, but Kelvin answered. We discussed his Upholestry Cleaning and rates, for Our sofa sectional (View before photo). I told him it's quite a few years old, and has been passed to me from my brother, who got it passed to him from our mother. Point being, while I'll be shopping for a new sectional in the near future, we're not ready to part with this one yet. We didn't expect much, but we definitely wanted it cleaned. Kelvin was available within 48 hours. He showed up early, worked within the confined space, and finished in about 90 minutes. We had to wait about 4 hours for the sofa to fully dry, but when it did ... it looked much better than we thought it would. Kevin's rate is affordable. In fact, I even forgot to ask if he offers a Military discount, as I do with most businesses. He's timely, respectful, and very Professional. We'll definitely hire him again, and highly recommend...
