Chocolate Pizza Company — Local services in Town of Marcellus

Anytime I have a holiday or special occasion I like to add a touch of local business to what I am giving by getting a specialty chocolate from the chocolate pizza company. Tonight when I went in and made my purchase I asked the cashier if she could add a gold chocolate pizza company sticker to the three items (two of the holiday cookies and one of the peanut butter cups) that I was purchasing that did not have the sticker on them. The rest of my items had them. I was told no those don’t get stickers. I said I understand that they normally do not but that I would like them to have one since they are gifts. She flipped one of the items over and said it says where they are from here…which was in the tiniest print at the end of the ingredients. I was then told they don’t have the sticker supply to give me stickers for them. I know its not much but I feel like if I am spending money on a speciality chocolate and am asking for a sticker that advertises its from your store you can provide the sticker. If I wanted no name chocolate to go with my gift I could go to any chain store and get it. Highly disappointed in the customer service over something so small. If I wasn’t so taken off guard by her response I would have told her to remove those items from my purchase and purchased similar items elsewhere. Definitely not how you should...

Absolutely LOVE this place!!! It was definitely on my list of places I missed when I moved out of central NY but luckily for me they will ship!!! Every year for at least one holiday my father sends my family something from the Chocolate Pizza Company! This year it was a pizza for Valentine's Day but almost every year it's chocolate Easter eggs that are personalized!!! My kids absolutely love the eggs because at least one of them, usually two can never find their names on things or find it spelled correctly.
