Ashley Store — Local services in Town of Marcy

Thank you Mary, Alex and your delivery crew for great service. Alex went beyond the call of duty when he listened to my description of marks that were on the last piece of furniture I purchased from Ashley of Marcy. The delivery team (a year or so ago) either did not point out and or discover these marks and I didn't notice them until after they left. I wasn't going to let it stop me from enjoying the piece of furniture nor did I feel it was worth calling and bringing it to the stores attention even though they were noticeable. After Alex patiently listened he said, "that's not a problem, you could have called us, we have a team that takes care of these kinds of issues." We have been waiting for this store to open and it's big and beautiful. We were greeted at the door by Tia. She asked if we were looking for anything special. We had a certain size requirement for our space and she spent quite a while with us looking at all different options. We left with a lot of options and returned the next day to make a purchase. What a no pressure fun experience this was, no pressure at all. The selection and quality is amazing. We had to wait for our sectional but they kept us up to date on the schedule with outstanding customer service. The delivery crew of Brandon and Isaiah got the job done, getting a sleeper sectional onto the second floor. Very respectful of our home, protecting doorways and floors. All of the staff was accommodating. I loved that no one hovered over us while we checked out different couches. However If we had a question they were prompt in helping us/ getting info.

Update: The customer service after the sale has turned out to be horrible. We ordered new pillows with the purchase of our first two couches. They said that they would be in in a couple weeks. Since then we purchased ANOTHER sectional sofa from them. We've called several times for an update on said pillows. Every time we have called We've been meet with rude employees who seem like they could care less about our product and cannot answer where the pillows are or when they will be in.
