B & B Adventures of Mercer — Local services in Town of Mercer

We had a great experience. Renting was online and a breeze. A few questions during the process were answered by email very quickly. The weekend of the rentals the process was fast and easy. There were no hidden costs and everything was clearly explained. The snowmobiles were of excellent quality- current model year, well maintained, great features to help with navigation and keep us warm. The only thing we had to do if we rode less than 400 miles was put gas in them. Their shop is right on the snowmobile trail in Mercer. The inclusion of helmets is a great part for those of us who rent a couple of times a year- we don't have to make an investment for all of the goods. They have bibs and jackets to rent, as well, if you need things for about $100 for a weekend. That clothing is modern and great for those new to snowmobiling or those like us who ride and rent a couple of times a winter. Return of the snowmobiles was quick and friendly. I forgot a couple of items in my sled and the owner was friendly in helping me retrieve them. 5 stars. Can't wait to rent from...

The Family and I make it up to the Mercer area at least once a year for a little get away.

This year we thought about doing some thing differnt. After a quick Google search we came across B&B Adventures. The website has a very nice layout and explains everything we needed to know. We easily reserved a polaris general (4 seater) for the very next morning.

We arrived 20 minutes early and everything was ready to go! After a couple signatures, we were given a map with a recommended route, a couple tips, and even a spot to try for lunch (iron horse in hurley). Our two kids were fitted for helmets and we were on our way.

We drove 85 miles, some of this was paved roads but most was off road trails. Our day was perfect. We were able to see a couple differnt waterfalls, and all kinds of wildlife. The trails were a blast, and lunch was fantastic.

The customer service is top notch! Everything is so well organized and explained. It felt great dealing with people who didn’t leave me guessing or wondering if I missed something!

The shop is very clean and inviting and you can tell they put great deal of effort and care in everything they do!

The Polaris General was presented outside for us to see when we pulled into the lot. Nice touch! It was clean full of gas and ready to go! And go it did!! So much fun driving new high end equipment. It took the guesswork out of will we make it through that big mud puddle!

Our adventure took us all the way to Lake Superior and back. Overall 140+ miles! We did return the units after our agreed upon time so they charged us a late fee. Which they should have. Someone needed to stay late to wash the units up for the next day! We had so much fun and cannot wait to rent Polaris Snowmobiles from them...
