HORRIBLE ! Wont respond , or back you up at all if you get a letter from the IRS or have any questions or need anything at all ! I have talked to other people that have had issues with getting ahold of her after doing their taxes also ! Just like the other reviews stated , they won’t answer their phone or email! Would give zero stars if I could ! Also, I called to see how much it would cost to get my taxes done , they told me a certain amount, when I got there they charged me $30 more! There was a mistake by Tammy on my previous taxes that the IRS sent me a letter on with an amount that needed to be paid , I called her and sent her emails bc my taxes then needed to be amended and fixed , she completely ghosted me and we ended up just paying the amount due bc there was a deadline that the amount needed to be paid by to the IRS ! She has done this to other people that I know also ! Oh , And I never received my copy of my w-2 so she said she would mail it to me and never did ! If you need anything from her you have to psychically go there...

Made an appointment and Tami she canceled due to her dad having surgery on that day, i completely understood and said call me after you know more and i never heard from her again. She has gotten over 12-15 calls and messages, nothing after she said no problem knowing i need my taxes done to self employment unemployment. She may have coast me my stimulus money and shame on her for blowing me off and completely ghosted us. I question why she came so highly recommended, because all i got was promises that shes easily to get along and this is no problem Jodi i will have it all wrappedup in one appt and will get you stayed away, i gave her my ss# and info for myself and husband.. Problem! She disappeared and never call me back to take care of it, its been almost 2 months since we had a phone meeting and i set up the first appointment, which she cancelled, with no rescheduling. Very unprofessional to mess with people, when there's no income from me and i could use the unemployment i qualify for. Thanks Tami. I really hope...

We trusted Tami to do our taxes for a couple years and she completely let us down this year. With taxes and my IRA she never actually set up. Will not answer phone calls, emails, nothing. When we did get a hold of her after emailing her every day at 8am for weeks straight she said she supposedly filed an extension for us and she did not. We took our things elsewhere and now we have penalties and fees to pay. If I could report her I would, but she is not a CPA. Incredibly...
