OMG😛 this cheesecake makes me want to die! I'm dreaming about it everyday since I had it on our vacation. I didn't think something that came frozen could be so delicate, smooth, rich and heaven in my mouth. The whip cream becomes divine at room temp tasting of sweet fresh cream with a touch of sweetness..the cheesecake itself is smooth rich and the lightest thing I have ever had. It's so rich but so light you think you are eating a pillow of cream. Then the flavor hits and you can't stop eating.. if you don't stop and have a slice you are crazy. Also the graham cracker crust is so buttery and amazing..it comes from the farm and you can taste it in every bite. We recently visited the Cooperstown Cheese Company during a visit up from Maryland to see my grandmother in Oneonta. I've been dying to go to this place and it did not disappoint.

The gentleman working there was super friendly and made sure to let us know about the free cheese samples- which my kids were very excited about.

We heard great things about the cheesecakes, but the big ones were sold out. Next time I'll try to get there before they're gone! :)

Stopped while we were in the area to purchase some local cheeses and snacks for out-of-town guests (we ourselves are from Virginia but travel to Cooperstown area often). My goodness such a selection! Cheeses, accoutrements (pickles, chutneys, syrups and honey), baked goods. Gift items, too, that would make it easy to make up a gift basket for wedding or important events. Cheese all had tasty samples, cheesecake (a must from this place!) is available by slice or whole pie. So much and pleasant...
