Short climb leading to a great view! Park on the side of the road near the gate on Dalton Hill road (County highway 7C). Follow the access road about 3/4 of a mile to the tower. There is actually an outhouse near the top as well! The tower kind of sneaks up on you, as it is not visible until you are almost underneath it. Climb the rock stair path and check out the views from the top...
