Great company. Great seeds. Great customer service. I especially love their beans: pole & bush. Their flowers are delightful too! I just planted their garlic🤞. All the info Petra and the rest of the company distribute through their website and social media is so helpful. From webinars highlighting seed saving techniques or processing calendula (which grew like crazy from Fruition seeds in my not ideal garden) to “PLANT NOW!” posts that tell you what to start, transplant, direct sow and when the planting window for a seed has passed - they lay it all out. Fruition Seeds also provides live Q & A’s covering everything from garden pests to best practices for growing their seeds. I’ve never come across a seed company so invested in their customer’s success. On top of all that, the majority of info offered by them is FREE, based in organic & sustainable practices, and steeped in experience. There are a lot of great seed companies out there but I’ve not found any that go to the lengths that Fruition has to ensure their customer’s happiness. Plant Fruition and open up a whole new world of gardening...
Read moreMy experience so far has been their customer service, which is not only friendly, but also effective. Despite not having readily available retail location, they ship quickly and cost-effectively! I have also partaken of their many postings for seed starting, and varieties of plants available. Their information is so easy to understand, so to-the-point! I can't wait to plant, knowing better how to prosper in our short season. 9/22/23 After reading the responses to the Brandywise tomato virus, I wanted to add a comment. I too lost all my tomato seedlings and had to buy plants. The plants didn't do anywhere near the health and production of my "Fruition babies". I lost and spend a lot. BUT I remembered all that Fruition does for FREE. All the information on gardening that has improved my yield in so many areas-I have become quite the garlic grower!! If I can keep perspective, I think of what it cost Fruition when this virus hit and thank them for their timely information to prevent a community wide disaster if this virus is allowed to spread. IMHO they handled a difficult...
Read moreAfter much research into disease resistant tomato varieties, I purchased Brandywise and Chiapas tomato seeds in March 2023 from Fruition. Four days ago, I received notification that those seeds were infected with a highly transmissible, untreatable virus. This was after I daily cared for these plants for weeks, not to mention giving small seedlings to my neighbor. Now, after throwing out plants, pots, trays and embarrassingly having to notify my neighbor of the diseased status of the plants, all I am left with is a $10 voucher to Fruition seed company, with whom, of course, I plan to do no more business. What if this disease has spread to other plants in my garden? Guess I will just have to wait the 20 years it will take for the virus to disappear. After doing some research, I have learned there are tests available to determine if tomato seeds carry this virus...guess they were ignorant of this, or felt it was unnecessary before selling to customers? I'm sure they have their reasons, but all this to say, PLEASE choose a more knowledgeable and responsible seed...
