We bought a new travel trailer last month from Quietwoods and have mixed feelings about our experience. The trailer itself has been great, but the whole customer experience was not. Very very disappointed in the customer service provided by the sales rep. Very poor communication. We purchased via email from seeing it online since we live 17 hours away. Robyn was great about communicating with us right up until the sale went through. After that, it was near impossible to get her to respond to us. It took over a month for her to give us an estimated date we could pick it up since the time we sent our deposit, and this was with numerous calls and emails asking. Because we had to drive 17 hours one-way to pick it up, we needed to know when to plan for. Finally, we heard back and set an appointment time for a Friday at 3:00 pm to purchase and pick up our trailer. We were excited for our first trailer purchase and got on the road at 4:30 am to finish the second part of the drive. We’d driven until 12:30 am the night before to get part of the trip done. Stopping only twice for fuel (with a 2 year old and being pregnant), we didn’t want to be late for our appointment. When we arrived at 2:55 pm though, the service tech had just started putting the new decals on the trailer. No one even acknowledged that we were there until 3:30 pm, and finally at 4 pm we were able to meet with someone to do the paperwork to pay for our camper. Our camper wasn’t ready for us to even view until 5:30 pm and then we went through the orientation. The only good part of this whole experience was the person who oriented us. He deserves a raise. He did an excellent job. Although tired and hungry since we had been up since 430 am, didn’t get lunch, and had to wait so long when we got to the dealership even though we had an appointment for pick up, we were still excited about our new trailer. That is, until we got to our campsite that night and found out numerous things in our new (never been owned before) trailer weren’t working. At this point, we were extremely frustrated. Not only had we waited nearly two months to pick up our trailer, but there were numerous problems (the grill wouldn’t turn on, the water wouldn’t run as the pump filter wasn’t reapplied after winterizing, the mattress was slashed in half, and the outdoor sink leaked to name a few things). The saving grace was that we took it back the next morning right when they opened, and the same orientation person we had was working, and he took care of us right away. Like the night before he was thorough and made sure everything worked that wasn’t before he sent us on our 17 hr drive home. He apologized that the inspection wasn’t done right the first time. If it wasn’t for him, this place would get
Read moreOur first experience with Quietwoods RV when we bought our camper from them in May 2022 was nothing but pleasant. They fixed all the issues we found before pick up. (Soft spot in the roof, caulk cracking on seams and separation of the wall inside above our bed. Or so we thought..) We only had 2 weekend outings before storing the camper for the fall/winter. No issues. End of July 2023 we camped a weekend in the camper when a rainstorm popped up and the camper was leaking. I called Quietwoods and asked them if we could drop it off for inspection and a quote for repairs before the damage returned. They agreed. We dropped off the camper August of 2023. I made sure to take pictures before drop off just in case they needed them. After calling every 2 weeks, being transferred to service and getting no answer, no quote, no update besides “we’re working on it”, I decided to take a drive through the lot Easter Sunday on our way home to see if our camper has moved at all. Our camper sat in the back of the lot, unlocked, uncovered, and exposed to all weather conditions when it was stated during drop off, it was leaking water into the camper and underneath into the cargo compartment in front. The propane tank cover that was set in the camper was not even moved. 8 months of no answers, no quote for damage and a camper with more damage than when we dropped it off. I called and demanded I pick up the camper April 1st, 2024. When I picked up our camper, to say I was shocked would be an understatement. The cargo compartments carpet up front was soaking wet and has mold on it, our mattress was wet, and the floors have gone soft inside the camper in areas where the water was leaking. The front of the camper has ripples in the outer shell from water damage. The outdoor kitchenettes counter top has started to separate now as well due to water damage. I have attached pictures to my review of the “quality” caulking job they did when they supposedly fixed the roof. They sold us a lemon, and now we have to eat the cost. Highly disappointed and do not recommend...

We were leaving Frontier Wilderness Campground near Egg Harbor after a week of enjoying the area when we realized our brake lights and turn signals were not working. As we were troubleshooting at the entrance, one of the employees of Quietwoods, who was at the campground picking up an RV, stopped to help us. We didn't ask him to help us, but he was kind and approached us to help troubleshoot for a good 30 minutes before he suggested we follow him back to the shop where his coworkers could probably do a better job figuring out the issue. We were greeted by another kind employee who checked our tow vehicle to determine it wasn't the problem and sent us to Renard's to enjoy lunch while they took a. Look at the motorhome. When we returned, there was not good news, unfortunately. They had tried everything they could think of and were about to send us to another shop that specializes in the vehicle portion of motorhomes. As they were putting things back together, we continued our research to figure out what the issue was. We found something about the bulb possibly being almost dead and when they opened the compartment to change the lightbulb, they noticed a weak connection... VOILA!! All the lights started working again! They were surprised and couldn't believe that was what fixed the entire issue. Because they couldn't guarantee that the connection was entire problem, they didn't even charge us for the 3+ hours their guys spent working on our motorhome. We left them a tip with all the cash we had and are here to suggest you trust these guys with your RV needs! We will return to them if we ever have issues up this way again and will send all of our local family here. Thank you Brandon (I think that's who helped us at the campground), Pat, Tim, and Josh!!! Your kindness and service with a smile turned a frustrating experience into an amazing experience. A reminder to us all to take a deep breath, have patience, and...
