My husband and I visited the orchard on Friday, July 24, 2020 at the recommendation of my brother who had been there the day before. The check-in process was simple, quick and safe (the workers were all wearing face masks, a plastic shield was erected at the pay station, and there was hand sanitizer available for public use). Really great selection. Plenty of parking. Potties with wash stations. I even saw people having picnics out the back of their vans In the parking lot, can make great family memories. Ladders are also available throughout. Really great prices. Lots of different varieties of Tart and Sweet cherries. Sampling was encouraged so you could pick your heart out of whatever variety you really liked and fill your bucket...

My husband and I discovered this place a couple years ago when we came to Door County for the first time. Now, it has become a family tradition (as we now bring along our son) to come up specifically for these sweet cherries! Honestly, I never even liked cherries before coming to this orchard. Now I wait all year long just to pick as many as I can so that I can freeze batches and make cherry pies...
