Sterling Mercantile & Garden Center — Local services in Town of Nasewaupee

Where do I start? First off I hate leaving negative reviews, but they left me no other choice. Issue: I ordered three trees this spring from Sterling and planted them right away. One tree was already dead when delivered, but I planted it to see if it might come back, and another one died shortly thereafter. On a side note I bought three additional trees from Walmart for half the price of Sterling at around the same time and they are thriving. Bigger Issue: No response from the company. Over the last several weeks (probably more like months) I have emailed, called and left messages because no one ever answers, and walked in to leave my information for a call back. When I went in and left my information the person working said the company was getting a refund for the trees from their supplier because many people had the same problem this year. We have been all over door county and Green bay to acquire plants shrubs and trees to landscape our property. We not only found the best plants but huge trees the most beautiful selection of flowering plants and the prices compare to nowhere we have found ! We were so happy to have found this place and just a few minute drive is absolutely the best place around....not only did we have a great experience we jave one every time we go the staff and owners are so fun, welcoming and knowledgeable about everything from the plants, trees,soil every question we asked was answered!! I LOVE this beautiful garden center! They have SO much to look at, admire, buy, take home, and enjoy! We have bought many flowers, hanging baskets, perennials, bushes, as well as yard art and have yet to be disappointed. Got questions? They are always ready, willing, and able to assist! I also appreciate the fact that they support our community. Did you know they are responsible for the beautiful new landscaping at the newly renovated Graham Park?
