the main bathrooms by the front door are kept clean. for allowing smoking in the building it is not too bad if you are a non-smoker. they have non-smoking tables in the bingo hall which make it not so bad. there is a small food court in the bingo hall which has free soda and you can buy snacks. nachos and burgers and such. I have played bingo several times here. I have run across something interesting. if you play here, you will notice that only certain people win the larger amounts. I would not recommend playing bingo here unless you are a local. I mostly play table games rather then bingo or slots. they have four black jack tables. I have played black jack here numerous times. after several trips with no luck on the tables, a friendly local suggested that playing black jack here is not a good idea. I did notice that you do not see the locals playing black jack. so that made sense. I have never seen people lose so often so consistently. you do not see the typical ups and downs like you see in Vegas. Playing basic strategy should allow you to almost break even over several hours of playing. the house just takes everyone's money all the time. I would not recommend playing black jack at this casino. I do not play slots at any casino, but you do not hear the usual cheering or loud "I just won a bunch of money" type of sounds that you will hear in other casinos. based on what I have observed, I would not recommend playing the slots here. there seems to be a general theme at this casino. if you are not a local, you will not win. this plays right in to how you are treated by most of the locals. you get glaring stares that make you feel uncomfortable. some people are just down right rude and make comments to you while sitting in the bar/dance area. I would not recommend going to this casino for the night life.I hope this review will prevent other people from having a bad experience and wasting their time and money. Me and my family had an amazing time, amazing service with checking in and checking out, amazing service at the casino and bar! Overall I enjoyed my trip UNTIL me and my family went to the Wiisini-Daa restaurant and the waitress Stephanie was beyond rude!

We had late dinner Saturday night at Wiisini-Daa and the waitress Stephanie was beyond RUDE I placed a pick up order with her around 8pm and my wait time was 15-20 minutes And when I come back, she right away, recognized me and ran to the back comes out, tells me that They are packing up my order and I asked her if she can give me a pack of mustard and ketchup just walks off while I was speaking to her, which was really rude, but whatever I was just hungry just came from Milwaukee and was just trying to have a little snack from our road trip So I put up with the attitude UNTIL We came the next morning, which is Sunday for breakfast she sit us down and throw our menus at us And then asked us if we wanted anything to drink, and we placed our drink order and when she comes back with our drinks, my husband asked If we can have a straw She threw the straw at my husband and then my niece and asked if anyone else wanted a straw and we said no because we didn’t want things thrown at us so we just asked to pay for our drinks And she said okay I can take you guys over here instead of apologizing for her rudeness! In case anyone wants to come to this restaurant, make sure not to go with the waitress...

The worst customer service I've ever had at a hotel. We booked our stay, trip was planned around staying here for one night with a family. A week after our booking they advertise the pool will be closed (which happened to be during our stay) we were never notified of this until we go check in. Our stay was booked here only for the pool as we were just passing through for one night. So now I asked about a discount in room price as we would have stayed other places cheaper and I was denied that. And was told they were telling guest about the pool closing. So they looked up when we booked and said oh yeah you booked before we announced it. Well you could have called and informed the few that were previously booked there. Then I was told well we have this nice new restaurant which I looked into and was way over priced. And they said well we have a game room too the kids will like that since the pool is closed. Well I paid to stay at a hotel with a pool not a game room that cost me another 25 bucks. Ontop of that I stood in line for 45 minutes to be checked in. A small group of 4 infront of me and a married couple infront of them. Very slow getting through those groups. Took 5 min for me to check in.

I will not reccomend nor will I ever be back...
