Every single interaction I've had here has been nothing short of amazing. These guys go above and beyond for their customers!! Easy going, and do their best to be accommodating & kind. I just happened to have to find somewhere last minute other than my usual shop, due to urgent/unexpected circumstances, and honestly I think it was meant to happen. Not only do they make the experience as painless as they possibly can, they do their best to be fair when it comes to costs. I am disabled & also struggling financially, it has seriously taken quite a burden off my shoulders knowing going there isn't going to devastate bank account.. 10/10 recommend! Thank you...

I brought my 2007 Prius (JBL) in after weeks of chasing an intermittent A/C and a dead aftermarket radio. Muntz Audio jumped in right away, walked me through what they were seeing, and didn’t talk down to me.

They found damaged wiring at the radio harness, installed the small part needed when the factory radio isn’t used, and carefully repaired several broken leads.

Muntz audio was absoltely fantastic when it came to installing my tint for my vehicle. I suffer from chronic migraines and that makes it difficult to be outdoors with the bright sun as a trigger. Chuck was so kind and mindful of my issue with making sure he treated my vehicle as if it were his own. Even though I use the tint to help me with my migraines the look is very pleasing and I am beyond grateful to everyone at muntz audio who worked on my vehicle. I will be back in the future for any work I need done knowing that they take care of their customers in such a positive impactful way.
