I went to Pickers on Sunday, 10/14/18 to look for my wedding gown. I had a wonderful experience there. When I walked in it was very clean and well organized. I was greeted and welcomed immediately and taken to look for a gown among all the dresses. They had a very large selection to choose from at very reasonable prices and they were organized in a manor so that it was much easier to shop for what I was looking for. They also have a large selection of belts, veils, jewelry, shoes and hair pieces to choose from. My consultant explained everything to me and then gave me and my mom and sister time to look. When I was ready to try my selections on she was right there to help me with the gowns. I found a beautiful gown after only trying on 3 dresses. It was exactly what I was looking for... however a little out of the budget I had set for myself. I was so grateful when I was told that they would work with me on the price and in the end I was able to take home my beautiful dream dress. I was treated very well the entire time I was there. I would recommend this boutique to any bride!!....my sister/maid of honor also found her dress and it is beautiful too! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. I went here and ordered a dress and a week and a half later they called me and told me I wasn't allowed to order that dress in that color because "it doesn't look good". They made me go online and choose a different dress. It took a month and a half for that dress to come in even though I paid $30 for expedited shipping. These dresses come from China. I drove 2 hours to get there and picked it up from a friend that got it from the store for me, took it home and tried it on and they ordered THE WRONG SIZE. Not to mention the dress is really bad quality (loose strings all over the place, cheap plastic buttons that are about to fall off) I called to tell them everything and they told me that's impossible and wouldn't listen to me. I called back and spoke to someone else asking what the return policy was and she told me all sales are final with an attitude THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I was never told that in the store while I made the purchase! Now I'm stuck with a $300 dress that is 4 sizes too big and have less than a month to try and find someone to alter it. I recently emailed them though their website and asked for a refund on my deposit. didn't hear back from them, so a few weeks later, I went there. During a non-busy time, no less. It smelled like someone had been smoking pot outside, whatever... so I went in and asked to have my deposit back. The girl who was on said they don't give back deposits, they are non refundable. I said the dresses weren't even ordered, and the 3rd girl didn't even get her measurements in. She said I'd have to speak to the owner. All in all, disappointing business, for a bridal shop that prides itself on professional, superior customer service. So, basically, I am out the 130.00 that just has been sitting in their bank accounts for over a year. Don't bother going there. Not the place to feel like you are a customer that matters.
