Zock's Supply — Local services in Town of New Scotland

EDIT: this was originally a review for Long Lumber who was purchased by Zock's Supply. Zock's is continuing building cedar fencing and still have an indoor showroom (minus the taxidermy). We have yet to purchase anything from them.

First, the other recent review which mentions the showroom being closed during posted hours...perhaps they should have put a sign on their door but their website says they are closed for Jan and Feb and to call for an appointment. Being in the landscaping industry, do you really think they are waiting by the phone in February? This is a long-time family business, not a chain...get over it! Anyway, my husband and I have been working with Long Lumber for years (my husband for over 20) and we have never had a problem. Good selection, good quality...it might be rustic (grandpa's taxidermy is STILL there!), but they are local...

Your company did a great job removing our 5 trees quickly and efficiently. All of your staff was professional and friendly. The area was cleaned up so well afterward, we barely knew you had been there. And you even saved (and stacked) some of the wood for us as we requested. We would definitely use your services...
