This is an excellent hike. Wonderful views, and overall a great experience. Granted, when we hiked up, the view wasn't so spectacular because it was in the middle of a cloud. However, even with the cloud, it was still absolutely beautiful at the top. It was absolutely quiet toward the top - you couldn't hear a man-made sound at all if you weren't moving. Please note that this is a somewhat advanced hike. Don't try it unless you have proper supplies (boots, water, snacks, etc.) and are in reasonably good shape. I highly recommend hitting up Wright and Algonquin on the way.

Great mountain to add on to Algonquin. Summited from the avalanche pass route (the best route) and did a loop over Algonquin and down the regular trail. It’s further than it looks from the top of the trail that I took because another small mountain stand in between but it is not bad at all. Awesome views from all 3 peaks.

To get to Iroquois Peak you'll first have to make it to the shoulder of Algonquin Peak, and then traverse Boundary Peak which lies between the two. Plan ahead: the weather here is notoriously fickle, and while there are several trails that lead here, some are more strenuous than others. The view from the top on a clear day is absolutely breathtaking and...
