Crafty 'Cue BBQ — Local services in Town of North Castle

I wish I had a million stars to give Crafty Cue and Tim! We reached out to Tim to cater our wedding in November, he was quick to respond with options and we were on board given the fantastic awards and reviews they have but were slightly hesitant having never actually tasted his food. We thought we would take a chance anyway and we are SO GLAD we did, the food was so incredible! every single dish was a 10/10, Tim and his staff were delightful, prompt and while I didn't get enough time to visit with them i heard my friends and family loved getting to know them. Everyone has since been raving about the food from the wedding saying it was the best they have ever had, the brisket was melt in your mouth incredible, the sauces, side dishes were incredible, they all wanted more and many of them have asked me for Tim's information to book them for their next event. Crafty 'Cue BBQ is outstanding! Their food is authentic and delicious--slow cooked, prepared with care, and served with a smile. The balance of traditional BBQ and innovative methods and offerings make them second to none. I have served their food at parties since Crafty's first year in business and the reaction is ALWAYS the same--"Oh my gosh, this is freakin' delicious! Where did you get this?"
