My husband comes from an orthodox family and had asked the banquet manager to make sure the date did not fall on sukkot my husband was assured that the date was fine, three months before the wedding one of his cousins called and said you are not allowed to do weddings on the day. Needless to say we could not get a conservative rabbi to officiate so the manager got the temples rabbi to do it. The manager was dealing with the other side even though I was the mother of the bride.. So the reason I am writing this is to warn any and all prospective clients is that they will yes you to death, the only request I had was for a lychee martini which they gave me a glass of puréed baby food, our waiter was extremely difficult to understand, the food although presented beautifully on lovely China was in fact tasteless. My husband said he couldn't cut the prime rib even with a steak knive. I asked everyone at our table about the food and no matter what they ordered no one liked it. The desserts looked beautiful but we're tasteless. They didn't have enough people on passing at the smorgasbord and no one could get near the bar or food stations, the lines were at least five deep. They staff was supposed to take drink orders but there should have been one person per table only taking drink orders. My advise to you would be to insist on a food tasting BEFORE you book! Get everything in writing,or better yet go...
Read moreI attended a wedding at RAM and was very disappointed with the overall management. The food quality was poor and did not meet the expectations for such an event. Several waiters were eating from the fruit bar and tea station in front of guests, which was highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, I witnessed a waiter in the restroom handing out medicines to drunk guests – completely unacceptable and unsafe.
Additionally, there was broken glass on the floor. Despite multiple calls for cleaning, no one responded promptly, and the broom staff only arrived after almost 30 minutes. This created a serious safety risk for all attendees.
Unprofessional staff behavior, poor food standards, unhygienic practices, and delayed service make this venue a very bad choice for weddings or events. Management must address these issues immediately to prevent ruining more...
Read moreI usually go to many weddings a year but this year, only a few. The one I went to and found out that Ram was the caterer. I just wanted to put this review and simply say, the food was horrible. I’m never a critic with food, I always eat the food especially when I’m hungry. I came to the wedding not eating anything and I couldn’t believe how bad the food was. Undercooked and poor quality meat. The food was so bad that I asked the caterers to bring me the kids menu food which was chicken tenders and fries. After the wedding was over, me and my friends went to Wendy’s to eat because we were still starving. I haven’t eaten fast food in over 2 and half years and because there was no where open, I had no choice. I feel so bad for the family who hired...
