I recommend this company to any one looking for dining room table pads. I try to order mine off of Amazon and it was a disaster and so I just started stuffing the internet. I was trying to find a company that would come out and measure my table for me and I saw were TPC would do that service. i was so excited I called them and a wonderful lady named Shelley answered the phone. When I asked if they could come out to measure my table she said they were located in NY and i was in Ohio. I was so nervous giving her my measurements put she made me feel so confident and encouraged me that everything was going to be okay. We had a small problem and I called Shelley and she fixed it immediately. i just love my magnetic pads, because my friends I use my table to put 1000 piece puzzles together and the pads never move. I was blown away at the quality of these table pads. Shelley was very professional and personable every time I spoke to her on the phone. I give this company 5 stars! I was looking for a table pad for my dinning set and came across Table Pads by chance while browsing the web. At first I was hesitant to place an order without being able to see the product visually in person. However, after speaking to Mitchell he explained everything in such great detail it eased my discomfort. Both Mitchell and Shelley were extremely helpful and had excellent customer service. I had old pads on my dining room table but had never had them made for the table leaves. I could not find any pads online that were like my old ones and reasonably priced. I contacted this company and received a call back. I was concerned that they would be very different from the existing pads, that my measurements would be off and/or something would go wrong. I am extremely happy with the result! Almost exactly like the existing ones, fit perfectly and arrived when I was told they would. I think of them as my best Christmas present! HIGHLY recommend...
