A convenient Kinek location for Canadians looking to have shipments mailed to an American address. For standard items, it is $5USD per parcel. If you leave things there for more than, I think, a couple weeks, there is a surcharge (a nasty surprise one time). There is also a toll bridge to contend with (~$3CAD per trip).
