They ruined my שבועות

I tried to place an order with Refresh to deliver a flower arrangement in KJ to a "Kallah" for שבועות, a Goita picked up the phone and asked me to text in the order, after 3 days of not responding to my multiple texts, I called in their main no. to find out what's going on, so they told me to call Blossoms flower direct as they are associated with them. Blossoms took the order that never arrived. Now Blossoms say that they never deliver to KJ only to Monsey. and blame Refresh for referring me directly to them for a delivery to KJ.

It's a Shame!!!!!!! Shame on you refresh..... can only place orders via text with a goita who doesn't know what's flying and never responds.

If you see this review Please ask the managers at Rerfesh to change their way of doing business. I believe I am not the only one whose שבועות was ruined by their terrible...

The supermarket is certainly a function of the locality (of which I am not a part): Yiddish-speaking Hasidic Jewish people. I personally found my shopping experience to be interesting, eye-opening, and cost effective. I bought a few things I am sure I will not see anywhere else - especially because I do not traditionally shop kosher.

I also noticed that many people in the comments referred to the price of flowers. It does err on the expensive side, but it seems that the quality is likely worth the price. See attached photos for reference. If you want high end fresh flowers that are this beautiful, especially off-season, they should and will be more expensive.
