Today I called the Verizon store to see if they had the phone I wanted in stock. After searching for a few minutes, they stated that they did and I set up a time to come and purchase the phone. They said they would hold the phone and have it ready. I traveled 30 minutes to this store to get the phone. I walked in and Pedro asked if I was the person here for the reserved phone, and I replied that I was. He then logged me in and started the process. After a few minutes Pedro said he was going to get the phone from the back. He returned from the back and did not have any phone or box in hand. He then stopped to help another customer and returned to the desk where I was waiting. He then stated that the phone was reserved for someone else and the name had fallen off of the box. Explained I had traveled here specifically for the phone, and he responded by asking if I wanted to order the phone. I explained I have a local store I can order from but came here because you reserved the phone for me. He simply said sorry, and then started helping another customer. I left and will be ordering from my local store but will not be returning to this...

I will admit Verizon is indeed a company that does cost a good amount, but the great thing about the company as well as this local store is that you're getting your money's worth, not only that but they explained everything and anything you need help on. They're very patient and willing to go the extra mile to do what needs to be done to get you the best phone service...
