I do love this dispensary an I would have wrote this yesterday on 6/2 /2025 I was unable to because somebody brought their dog in an I have noise sensitivity an light sensitivity an bad enough that a lot of noises bother me an I also have social anxiety an I have PTSD an other disabilities an I would have gave the dispensary five stars cuz I really do love this place the closest place to my home especially since I don't drive an I have a best friend that was there an who's family an there was a little dog who was definitely not a service animal barking its head off I can't really even be remember much yesterday I was just glad that I was able to get help right away cuz sometimes it does take a little bit which I understand I probably would have had to walk out an not get anything it an I understand there's other people going in there for theirs issues or whatever I get that but this was just too much on me I really barely remember yesterday when I was in there but I do thank the worker he helped me an got what I need a really fast I don't remember much I said If I was rude or anything towards anyone I apologize when it comes to the noises I just don't know what happens but I do apologize if I upset anyone an it's no excuse on my part though if I did act rude or anything an this is why a lot of people get bad raps for people with service dogs or service animals because there's people out there faking it or just thinking it's okay to bring any animal no matter if it's not or does not have a vest on there's a lot of people who actually need service animals an service animals do not act like that they are well behaved an well-trained they do not bark they listen to their owner they sit right by them an make sure they're doing what they're supposed to be doing an until that vest comes off then they can act like a dog an I remember that dog I don't know what kind of dog I just know it was a small dog but I know that two people came out with that dog its was not okay it's the next day I'm still having anxiety in my other problems because of this it takes a lot for me to recover from noises in when I become very overwhelmed it's just not okay that somebody thinks it's okay to bring in any animal they want anywhere doesn't matter if it was dispensary or whatever it If you actually have a service dog that fine but just bring normal dog in not ok or faking it service animal not ok they're trained to be a service animal will behaved well-mannered an paying attention to their owner nothing else around them really maybe for a second until they're vest comes off It's just sad how people think it's okay just to go buy one pretend like they are but its not ok there's a lot of us out there that really needs one an a lot of us sadly cannot afford one like me it's not easy this is why service animals get a bad rap is because of people like that because they bring animals no matter if it's a a fake service animal or just a regular animal an that say cuz I would know the difference an then they think they can bring in whatever animal without a vest It's just like what is wrong with you people this is why a lot of us get a bad rap of why we can't have service animals at times If I could afford one I definitely would be having one by now there's a lot of us that actually need service animals emotional therapy support animals do not count they're supposed to stay at home I get that you love your dog or whatever but they do not belong in stores if they're just a emotional therapy support or the just a pet I get you hate leaving them home cuz I have a dog that my mom has cuz he got too old to be moving around we have to leave them at home at times because we don't like leaving them in the car if we have to go in places he better there then staying in the car trust me I hate it as much as anyone else would to do that but bringing animal that is not a service animal I understand they can't do anything like check to make sure it actually is a service animal because it's illegal to which I understand...
Read moreSpoiler Alert: This is yet another business Ed Valentine is a Silent Cash Investor/Owner of. Anybody remember nice and easy owned by the Valentines? Just another of many other retail establishments, he has aquired but believes he's smarter by leaving his name out of them this time as damage control.
Asked for a straight up sativa concentrate , they insisted what I purchased was....knowing well it was a hybrid. I felt they mustve knew more than I did so I trusted, Paid more than the local retail prices went home and instantly i was sedated.
Came back to spend more money here for a straight up sativa concentrate again from another gentleman Who offered to help, with an interesting mustache. He Agreed all the concentrates labeled sativa, except for two strains were hybrids in reality. He begins to tell me that I will not find a straight up sativa in the store, and that he insisted he knew more than I did and touted his 19 years of experience, which is hard to believe for me he can't be much older Then that I hadn't even revealed. I had been there minutes before and purchased. The conversation was cordial until he took an attitude With me Stopped helping me and went and helped another customer I waited until I realized I don't care what this place has. I'm not going to be humiliated and treated that way by a neighboring business. Went to the parking lot and vetted his information, but he was incorrect
I wouldn't have even mentioned it, but he went out of his way to sarcastically yell out to me as I walked out to have a nice day as a customer was speaking to him
I suppose if you only need this for recreational use your OK but not a safe place for medical use First and...
Read moreNice people, kind service, just a few things because i lived in washington and things in stores run a little differently, Prices are too high. Your customer base is stoners, it's not the best practice to not have a selection of low cost items like dollar joints made from shake or some cheap vapes. Overall you will sell more because it's accessible to more people due to the lower price. The prices listed on products in the store and products online should have all fees and taxes included. Otherwise we are getting to the register and not having enough to pay, it's a courtesy to stoners, because often times people will plan to only pay a certain amount for what they need health wise, and then get there and can't afford it because the tax adds 15-20$. That's excessive and seems disingenuous to the customers. Offer discounts that coincide with holidays and rewards/loyalty programs. It will get people to come back more often. Otherwise, you all are...
