The Estate Marketplace — Local services in Town of Parma

I first reached out to this company 7 months ago when my mother died in the hopes that I could line them up to do an estate sale when the COVID restrictions lifted. They were slow to respond, but I wasn't really worried because the estate wasn't settled and we couldn't do a sale anyway because of the pandemic. For 7 months it has been like pulling teeth to get these folks to communicate. I live 3000 miles away and have been trying to make arrangements electronically because of the pandemic. With things opening up more, I have repeatedly reached out. Responses have come from them one to my three. Today, they tell me - after 7 months, mind you - that they don't do sales in the area where my mother lived. Could they not have told me that 7 months ago? I loved the place so much when I first saw it, I knew I had to be a vendor there! Pulled out of another place where I was selling, and that place is so pale in comparision to this place by leaps and bounds! I am a vendor there now and am so elated that I can go to a place where they have antiques, gifts, and all types of furniture. Prices are very cool, customer service is bar none, and Joe is great to his vendors in every way and threw an exceptional party for us when this month is very busy for him personally and professionally. I don't agree with the review on someone saying beware of the name of this place for it is not all antiques that's true, but Estate can have a different meaning outside of antiques. I have found numerous treasures at this place on many vintage or eclectic items that weren't considered antiques but were retro or vintage coming from someone's estate! Also Marketplace is a gathering of shoppers. The name is perfect! If you like great deals on a number of various items (because it is a co-op) along with antiques, you will love it here!
