I’m not sure if this experience was one off but I am going to share it nonetheless. Stopped in during the only 8 hours during the entire week they are open and met with Kevin to discuss our need for patio furniture. He was super nice and walked us through the different types of furniture and after about 30 minutes of talking designs and colors, we decided on a set which included a rectangle table, 2 benches, and two swivel chairs. This came to the tune of about $3,400. After we paid upfront for the furniture and the sale was completed Kevin then proceeded to tell us that the product would not be delivered until about the end of August, maybe. My wife and I were a little disappointed and after we left and discussed it for a few hours we decided that there were many other places that had the same type of furniture in stock and tried to contact Kevin that afternoon to have him process our refund- to no avail. We emailed and called several times and could not get a hold of anyone. The next day Pat contacted us and we told him that we need the furniture for the patio before the end of summer and he agreed. My wife went back to the shop the next day to try to find in stock items and Pat let us know that they had a huge inventory of in stock items in the back (which Kevin did not reveal when we were there the first time). She did not find anything she liked so Pat said that he may be able to get what we wanted the following week from the Lancaster warehouse, to our surprise. He stated he would contact us Monday either way and if he couldn’t get it he would provide a refund, no problem. Monday came and nothing, Tuesday nothing. After multiple calls and emails to Pat and Kevin, Pat finally got back to us and said, he was out of town and had no access to phone or email ( yeah right, C’mon it’s 2025 and promised he would contact us on Monday- but he was going to be out of town?). When he did email us back he stated that he understood we did not want to wait for the furniture and would provide a refund. In the meantime Kevin continued to contact us as if Pat and Kevin do not talk to each other at all, telling us about the order. It is now Thursday and we have been requesting a refund for a week of the $3,400 of our money they are holding. At of the time of writing this we are still waiting for the refund of thousands of dollars. They did not place the order and hours after swiping my credit card we requested a refund but it has been put off still. It appears that people had some good experiences with them however, with so many businesses offering composite furniture nowadays you may not want to go with a company, that in our experience, lacks in communication skills and customer service after the sale. Very disappointing for a Fairport business. UPDATE- After a week they did provide the refund. 2nd UPDATE - After all that, they STILL ordered the furniture and called us “when it was in” This happened in early July - said furniture would have been in in August but was September - but it doesn’t matter because I didn’t pay for any furniture and they ordered and called us anyway. We purchased four 2-tone Adirondack chairs to complete the new addition to our existing patio/hot tub area. We also added a matching table situated near the outdoor fireplace which has been well used. The products that we purchased are weather resistant (our furniture remained outside during this past winter) and foldable for indoor storage. We couldn’t be happier with the products and the service provided.
In fact, the quality of the products and Mark’s great service led to our purchase of dozens of Adirondack chairs and rocker chairs for campus at St. John Fisher College. The students have enjoyed the chairs and they are getting great use as well! Looking forward to continuing to review your products and potentially purchasing more....

The part we loved is the fact Mark has gone to the different factories and has chosen the best of the best. He has watched the fine details observed first hand!
