Milepost Hobbies — Local services in Town of Perth

I drove 50 minutes to this place and was NOT disappointed… As all the train stores have closed near me I was forced to travel to this one. And lets just say I WILL be coming back…Very nice place. Lots of scales for sale. Store has cheap products but good quality products. Owner was very nice and willing to help, I asked a question and he was able to provide me with all the info I would need. Very good place for trains and some other hobbies as well. If you live within a hour of this place it is definitely worth the drive. I would give 20 stars if I could. I recommend this...

For many years, I had traveled to Matt's to buy trains and accessories. We always enjoyed the visit and got some great items. My old friend, Gerry Humphrey. would go with me. When Matt saw Gerry' he would run and get a big box for Gerry to fill with trains. Sadly ' Gerry passed away during covid but he loved going to see Matt. I started to go with the Reed boys and we always came home with great treasures. I now live in NC and have yet to see another train store that even comes close to Milepost Hobbies. I would still go if not for the 1800...
