Our Scout Troop travels from KC to Tesomas about once every fours years. This was my first time to thos camp. In early July, the weather in WI was a welcome change.
Tesomas is an awesome camp. I have been to Naish and Bartle both as a boy and adult. While both of these camps are good, Tesomas and Gieger are my favorite camps.
The staff and facilities (and even the food ;) ) are great at Tesomas. The dining experience at Tesomas is similiar to Gieger: good food, good music (for younger and older genetations) and a great, fun atmosphere. The staff sit with you as well (at both Gieger ans Tesomas) which I appreciate.
Tesomas is also undergoing some rennovations that make the camp even better. We got to use a recently constructed shower house - which was awesome; 10 private toilets and showers.
The mosquitos can be bothersome at certain times of day - but that is certainly not enough of a detraction to not go. Boys, leaders and dads alike all had a fantastic time....
