Oneida Casino Travel Center — Local services in Town of Pittsfield

Truck parking but the whole building closes at 8pm. No access to bathrooms or other such amenities til they open (5am m-f; 7am s&s). Not much of a gambler but their machine area seemed a bit small to me (granted more than the handful at typical truckstops). A "smoke shop" that didn't sell my brand of smokes. A restaurant that was closed when I pulled in during prime dinner hours 6pm. They had at least a laundry room that was on the signs but I didn't look. 3 stars for clean and truck parking. Loved the stay, dislike how rude employees are. Gas station attendant was absolutely needing a new job. Her attitude was far less then customer service friendly both days there. Paid for showers and wasn't given directions on returning towels. She basically yelled over having to clean the showers. Wouldn't recommend using facility for much besides a quick stop after...

I went to Old 29 Cafe for breakfast. Today was very busy, while the wait staff did the best they could, five stars for serving a great breakfast is what the deserve.
