Recently I went in to pick up some eliquid, thanks to how easy Bryan and Chance are to communicate with (along with other staff, sorry I forgot names), I started to ask about a friend I'm trying to help find a cigarette alternative. They were beyond helpful in both giving true accounts of family that had made the switch and even offered a discount coupon so my friend could afford the option to even try vaping. These two awesome people were there to assist him in setting up, choosing eliquid strength, and even how to vape, as he was a greenhorn to vaping. They must have assisted him for one hour, no rushing, no trying to up sale, just good ol' fashioned kindness. That sort of small town service can often seem like a characteristic of a by-gone-era, but not here at Unique, now that goes a loooong way in my book.

I highly recommend Unique eCigs for their exemplary customer service - ALWAYS going beyond expectations! Also the store carries fantastic products and have frequent sales that I've found competitive with big online ecig store prices! Like the name of the store "unique". This isn't just a store its Unique. They have a beautiful building which was the first post office in Plattsburgh. Within this historic building is a beautiful Lounge area with a rustic wooden bar where you will find some of the friendliest and most professional people you have ever met. I recently switched from smoking cigarettes to using the e cig and liquid. When I went into the store I was greeted by people that were friendly and they talked to me about the different brands and styles of machines that were available and that allowed me to make a choice that would fit my lifestyle. I joined a club for $1 and you can sample any of the flavors that they have. During the sampling and getting to know the staff this place has become my new favorite place. Everyone is friendly and the lounge is a perfect spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee and vape with good conversation (and they play sports on the tv). I really wish that more people new about and utilized this area. If you haven't guessed I loved my experience and I love the store. And if you visit chances are you'll run into someone you know. And also let's not forget the military discount. You guys...

Usually I do not leave reviews but this is a must. I have never had worse experience buying from anyone. I came into the store and it was empty with just one man who might have been the owner. I come into the store and ask the man for pods with him rudely replying no like he does not want any business. As I look to leave the man says do you even have an ID. If an ID was the issue why did he just not ask me as soon as I walk in instead of just guessing I was not 21. I should of just walked out but I turned around and gave him my id just to make him look as dumb as he was acting. Then he says we have some next Thursday that’s when we get out shipments. The day was Thursday btw. I just politely said thank you and left. I will never go to unique vapes again due to this one man. Now I understand why there is no one in the store this one man could ruin any business. I would give no stars if that...
