Barn Thrift Shop, The — Local services in Town of Pleasant Valley

I went shopping for clothes here three weeks ago. I like shopping at this Barn. They have two others. They had all of their clothes on half price. I don't know if they still have the half-price sale. I got 16 items of clothes for $20. My friend also bought a lot of clothes. I'm glad that they are letting people try on clothes. I desperately needed clothes because I recently lost a lot of weight going through cancer treatment. I will not buy any clothes anywhere without trying them on first because women's clothing depending on the maker are all sized differently. I find this thrift store to be very organized. They need bags for the purchases so if you have extra bags in your home to donate to them that would be great. I don't know if they are taking donations at this time but you can always...

This place is a second hand shop, run by a local Church. There is no ongoing stock, it's all donations. But, you'll find your little treasure. I have 2 stereo systems from them, they may be 15+ years old, but they rock. And I paid less than $100 for all, but it's hit and miss, one month you may find the speakers that need a little TLC, then 2 months later, a receiver. Do you ski? They get a bunch of equipment, and for $30, you can outfit your kid, cheaper than renting. Christmas items? You'll be pleasantly surprised. I go here once a week since I live nearby and I always seem to find something and most of the time I get a price that is good,but was in there yesterday and saw a lot I wanted to buy and brought to the front,some had prices and some didn't,so the older lady with brown reddish hair with glasses was working and began to be a bit rude to me cause there were no prices,and I was buying some smaller stuff animals some had 50 cent tag others didn't so instead of giving me the others for the same price she had to check and she just threw 3 dollars at me for 1 then snother was 5 so i said nope keep it and really lady. they need to set just one price for small,medium and large and won't have that problem.oh and...
