I picked up a goose today at their stand at the Union Square Farmers' Market. Looks pretty good and I'm excited about it, will be cooked for Christmas. While I was getting the goose, I noticed they had smoked venison sausage and decided to try it. I'm eating it now and I just cannot believe how good it is. Oh man, the best ever. I assume the odds of them all being hired with the anti-mask disease is pretty low - so they must be catching this disease at work, right? I don’t want to walk into a place that spreads disease so easily, let alone have those diseased people touch my food. Yuck. Also - the sign mentions that everyone is responsible for their own health, that’s really cool. I think some other area businesses probably care about their own health AND the health of their community. I’d...
