Bow hunters worst nightmare. Accidentally dryfired my bow in Mid-October. Dropped my bow off on a sunday for a new string and was told a "a week because we have 5 bows in front of you." Thought right away, Hmm.. it is peak bow season and the best service they can provide is restringing less than a bow a day?
Called on wednesday to check the progress and try to make plans for the upcoming weekend. Was then told "well, it won't be done until NEXT week wednesday, 3 bows ahead of you." I was surprised, asked why it takes so long to string 3 bows? "well, we are busy"
Was then told by the pleasant manager on the phone, "well, you made a mistake now you have to pay the price." REALLY?! Class A customer service right there! Just what I needed, to be insulted by the staff that are clearly better than every guy who walks in the door! GREAT way to NOT retain customers and lose business!
Long story short, picked up my bow. Guy said "Wow, you found a shop that can fix it by the weekend huh? Just had to get in one last word and be a smart _. This guy wrote the book on customer service! Nice!
WELL, I DID find another shop down the road. Was greeted with friendly staff (rarity at Wicked) and they turned around my bow in 24hrs. There are many great shops in the area that value their customers, I would avoid this shop...

They told me it would take a day to get them done but 4 days later, still no arrows. Finally, they called and told me to come get them. I get home and notice the arrows have 50gr inserts instead of the 95s I asked for. Called the shop and got nothing but attitude from the young kid at the shop. All said and done, they redid my arrows after a few days. Last time I’ll...

He knew exactly what happened and exactly what to do to fix it... and FAST! When given the opportunity to come to his shop, and get a new pre-screeched custom string I jumped at the chance. His knowledge and skill was very impressive and I couldn't be happier with the results! He really took the time to listen to what I wanted and did a fantastic job he did executing the task! The archery shop is fully stocked with a perfect layout for fast work flow. The shop is also equipped with an indoor range with seating areas. 5 Stars....
