We had an emergency electrical situation that required immediate attention. We called Martin's at 4:30 pm, Wednesday. They confirmed an appointment by 5:00 that same afternoon for 8:00 the next morning - Thursday. Promptly @ 8:00 that next morning the contractor arrived, assessed the situation, did an excellent job of fixing the issue and was done by 9:00. The best part of the story is that our cottage is on Keuka Lake -- the Bluff. No one ever wants to come out to the Bluff to work. They were, not only professional, courteous and personable, but they also took time to explain the workings of their Company. Kudos to Martin's -- we will highly recommend to any and all friends and neighbors. By the way -- they are plumbing...

We used Martin’s Electrical for a heat pump cooling and heating system in a house that was built around 1810. We added a new garage used Martins for the electrical work and asked them for a quote on adding a heating and cooling system to about 800sq feet of the house. They quoted us the system, with gov’t rebates included. Being an older house they had some additional work to do and still came in at the price quoted to us. Their price was comparable to other quotes and they were much easier to work with. I would strongly recommend them as they were hard and efficient workers, very courteous, and cleaned up...

They returned my call promptly, listened to what I needed, gave me an estimate, and had the work done within a week! They even found a broken connector on my main panel and fixed it! Communication was excellent, their work was neat, and they were professional in every aspect of the job! I would hire them again...
