Multiple bad experiences here.... a Male staff member was extremely rude for no reason. We arrived 20 minutes before showtime and they took so long checking people out, for no apparent reason. We were late to see the movie. Then they gave free of charge an old radio, which was nice. However it stopped working. No surprise and no fault of theirs. When we brought it back the man made a snarky comment "what did you expect, that's why we didn't charge you for it." We came back and had to turn the car on and face forward to see the screen, and the same man came out and was very aggressive. The car was at an angle and the lights were on the tree line, NOT the screen. And had only been on 20 seconds. We told him very politely that we were figuring out how to turn the lights off. He was very arrogant and abrasive in tone. He was confident for no reason, as he gave us the wrong directions for the lights, so we sat for 20 minutes of the movie with a fogged up screen because he said we couldn't have the car on. He was wrong and we finally figured it out on our own. The most disturbing thing is that for how RUDE they are with rule abiding, paying, polite customers -the last time we were here there was a large group of teens who were very clearly and obviously smoking marijuana. So much so that you could see the cloud of smoke on the screen. We asked the staff twice to do something about it. NOTHING WAS DONE. This will be two experiences here completely ruined for NO REASON other than the male staff member being so incredibly rude, cocky, defensive, and passive aggressive. Both times we bought tickets, a radio the first time, and always buy concessions. Very disappointed. Staff behaving a certain way just because they think they can get away with it is disgusting and discouraging. Will not be returning. Could be a great place and business if male staff member and all staff were trained and behaved properly. Female staff member who sold us the tickets was very friendly and did her job well. She should be in charge and training...

If I had younger children it would definitely be a fun place to let them run around. The staff members that I met seemed very nice. I also am a fan of the mounds to help position the cars for a better movie experience. The bad: There are several reasons I prefer going to drive-in theaters over traditional theaters. Probably the biggest is the expected cost. For this cost savings I don't expect the picture to be as crisp or the sound to be in the crystal clear surround sound. But there is a balance that makes the drive-in appealing. The problem is, the food and drink we ordered was on par with a traditional theater...and the audio presentation was lacking. We were on screen 1 and there was a constant background static noise through the movie...generally worse during moments where the scene had more intensity. We forced ourselves to stay through the first movie and left before the second one started. I was given a sheet of rules when I came in. While I personally did not see management kicking anyone out for bringing in outside food...there are signs all over the place. I live in the Twin Cities, so it was a two hour drive to visit. Overall I spent $45 for my son and I to see a single movie and each get a pop and snack. Had the movie experience been better we may have visited again...but all things considered...even if we were closer it still wouldn't be...
Read moreThis was our first time here! They could use a sign out by the street to turn left at when driving through the country. There was only a paper sign. Lady at the gate seemed tired, but tried to charge my daughter as an adult. When I told her that she was under 12 she said oh...okay like she doubted me. There wasn't a big sign by the screens saying SCREEN ONE OR SCREEN TWO. I asked her after I paid which screen is the movie on this is my first time here. She rudely said, that one right there. They could put an electric one by the driveway where you enter(change the titles)in case they don't feel like directing.
There is two screens available and close to 3 rows each for cars. For screen one there is more room. The picture was great quality. In front of row one, there are wood lay downs n there are swings and a boat/tires to play on for kiddos. Off to one side is a small playground n looks like a mini golf course, but that was closed yet. There is a little toddler play area in back of the consession place. Also a volleyball net and sand set up.
Concessions prices were very fair and the gals that were working in there were very sweet. There are family meal plans I plan on trying when I bring the whole gang. They even sold bug spray which was nice. There is woods surrounding it; so the masquitos were out. They have a speaker you can rent if you just want to listen through that instead of your vehicle.
It is a great place to see the movies I love that they still...
