Sentry Industries Inc — Local services in Town of Ramapo

The wireless earphones work great while they work, but few months into it, the charger box to the earphones stopped working. I have tried multiple different charging cords to different outlets, none of them got the charger box working. The 3 stars is for the great idea and creation of this convenient device, but the implementation of the quality needs work on. If a company is able to create such a device, its a puzzle to me why out of all things a charger would be of lousy quality. It also seems to be the common issue in other similar earphones, the charger box, or the port in charger box breaks or just stops charging, on one occasion one of the earphones' plastic melted while charging. Within this year we had to discard 3 pairs of different companies' earphones, and this one, by Sentry Industries BT999 earphones is the 4th pair that goes to recycle. The company's contact email on website produces server error when trying to contact. Again, it works very well when it works, but please fix these charging issues to make it last at least a year from purchase,...
