Ken is top notch! but the Installation team are the worst of the worst,they will blame every thing ie the wall is not straight ,the ceiling not straight this defeats the whole purpose of spending a bunch of money for a bookcase or kitchen cabinets made to measure!they will demand all the money by the installation time and then you will have to chase about 6 months after them to make good, for example, wrong door hinges, slanting shelves,nails highly visible in the wood,Etc.Till they wil replace the installation team, keep well away from them! Go elsewhere even if you end up paying more, it's well worth it, as you will be saving yourself a lot...
