I would highly advise not going to this shop for anything I initially purchased a 2008 chevy tahoe hybrid with 149,000 from Austin at the shop it was parked out front and posted on the shops Facebook page and marketplace for sale. After being told it was in mint they rebuilt the whole top of the motor blah blah blah I decided I wanted it I was told there was one more thing they needed to tell me they title was not actually in Austin's name it was prefilled out by a relative of Austin's who had owned the vehical and was technically the current owner as Austin skipped over putting it in his name and wanted it to basically look like Austin was left out of it so the illegally signed his signature I was turned away at the dmv for white out and stuff on the title mind you at this time they have my 9,000 plus we agreed on 300 ship credit and a warranty that we would discuss later (I never really got one) they sold the tahoe just to get a tire machine is what I was told.so fast forward they contacted the actually owner (relative of Austin's) he was angry they were doing things illegally is what I was told. But they needed sometime so he could calm down and they would get a duplicate title and I would be able to use the vehical again fast-forward like 3 weeks to a month i finally get the title and get it on the road after me having to pay the sales tax and everything for the title being put in Austin's name then mine as well. I drive it a day or two maybe oil pressure light comes on after car completely locks up the tires and stalls as my infant baby and I are driving in the middle of an intersection cars coming both directions car wouldn't start back up for about 30 seconds I get it started of course crying I call and speak to Josh who tells me go ahead and bring it in I drive it all the way over to randolph from great valley. "It's needs a different kind of oil filter" changes that I go home and during the course of probably 3- 4 months I had it over at the shop almost weekly sometimes more than once a week. For the same issue several lights on the dash . Finally get told I'm going to have to take it to a hybrid certified shop I'm thinking this is going to cost a fortune. I call and get it right in to west herr in hamburg after them looking at it they replaced some of the water pumps and said see if that helps. That bill was 1000 they did split that and Austin gave be half of that back after I asked and was asked to bring in a receipt. So shortly after (a couple weeks later) it does it again I take it back up 2 more times to west herr finally they see 24 engine codes 3 of the parts can not be purchased as they are discontinued (its not fixable) mind you we are a family of 8 with 6 young children under 11 one with special needs both developmental and health who we have to drive back and forth to specialists for so by the grace of God we got approved for an auto loan only.way it would go through are payments of 693 a month. I only got a 1500 dollar trade in because it's not fixable. During all of this my fiance had his truck there to get fixed Josh forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the tire took it for a test drive and the tire fell off the truck fell causing the caliper to go into the asphalt road an inch or two causing damage to his 2017 ram rebel. At this point we are hiring a lawyer for the tahoe cost and repairs and the damage for the truck as well just would hate to see this or anything else to happen to anyone else thank God our family is out of that dangerous vehical before it killed us or...
