Very disappointed. My family sent me flowers for my birthday as a suprise. Not only did they CALL my phone before delivering to see when I would be home, which totally ruined the surprise, (who does that? I live maybe ten blocks from the store, you couldn't just drop by?) the bouquet I received was absolutely the cheapest looking arrangement I have personally ever seen. I have ordered many flowers from various flower shops and nothing has ever looked like these. Flowers from Tops or Stewart’s would have been nicer and my family paid a pretty penny for them with the delivery fee. I obviously couldn’t tell my family they weren't nice but they’re awful and I'm considering asking them for a refund. I wish there was a way to attach a photo. Cheap greens, two carnations, random orange flowers and half not even bloomed. It looks terrible! I live only a few blocks from this establishment and will never buy again from them. This is a florist that should not be in business. My husband went to get some roses for my birthday, he’s gotten them there before and they only lasted a couple of days, however, he tried again today. He came back with the saddest looking bouquet I’ve ever seen. if I’d gone to Tops, I could’ve done 100% better for 1/50 of the price. The bouquet was sadly comprised of just what a real bouquet would’ve had as filler. Not one distinguishing flower in the bunch, and mostly dead or dying. They should not have charged my husband a cent, but given them to him to use as fertilizer. They should be ashamed. This is not how you do business. I’m going to call and complain when I can. I will never use this florist and will spread the word not to use them to my friends as well. They should be ashamed, taking advantage of my husband like that. It...

AVOID THIS FLORIST: My son spent a small fortune on an arrangement for Mother's Day, which was left on my front porch. When I returned home on this cold and dreary day, the flowers were wilted on the petals from the weather.

I contacted florist and told them he should get his money back. I was called back and a message was left that a new bouquet could be made. I had to leave ANOTHER message stating that I didn't want another bouquet and that they were just left on the front porch, damaged from weather, and that a refund should be made.

No refund was given and florist NEVER called me back. They simply don't seem to care...
