The current company managing this trailer park is not renting. They bring in new trailers and sell them. The lot rent is extremely high with no added amenities. Their sales team did a terrible job of providing information. It seemed like something new was always getting tacked on. Rent is this, but then lets add a municipal tax fee and garbage....There are rentals that are cheaper. Current residents state that the lot rent goes up every year. In addition, prices listed on their website are not correct. Waited 2 months for a new trailer to be brought in and placed to find out it was $10,000 more for a total $70K which is ridiculous for a mobile home. We were allowed to tour it to see the "upgrades". It was being put together in a shoddy manner. The "upgrades" actually made the house less convenient to live in. I could go on and on. Next, we were informed the trailer would arrive at the beginning of July - which it did. However, you can not start the purchasing process until the trailer is fully set. We were told we could be in the trailer by September. That trailer and the 3 others that came in at the same time in early July still do not have skirting, steps, or all the concrete. We would not have been allowed to start the 30-45 day process yet. There is a different group of "experts" that come in to move the trailers to the spot, build the steps, pour the parking concrete, and pour the walking concrete. This is a nice area of town and the park itself seems like a nice place to live, but the cost to do so is ridiculous for what you are getting and the company is not up front with the information they provide to perspective buyers. Do not rent a mobile home from these people they don't take care of their property. Promise repairs and never get them done. Trailer had half a dozen windows without storms for over a year. Took us withholding rent to get anything done. Then they obviously bribed the judge because it states in atcp 134 they must list ALL discrepancies or they have no legal contract. The crooked judge that ruled in their favor was Babler. Am presently in the works of suing the judge for contempt of his own court by misfeasance. Never had a worse landlord or judge.
