I will NEVER bring my vehicle to Griffith CDJR in Richfield Springs ever again!! I would discourage anyone from bringing their vehicle there! My vehicle was brought to Griffith Chrystler Dodge Jeep Ram on US-20 in Richfield Springs in January 2024 after the water pump and belt went. When I picked up my Jeep, I realized I was missing things... I found out they left my car unlocked on their lot and someone broke in and stole EVERYTHING! When I called Roger, the owner, he basically said that he has over 150 cars on his lot, how weird that my car was the only car broken into! He didn't seem to believe me at all! He was condescending and rude. But when I told the service manager about the break in the day prior, he immediately said my car was broken into because he heard of other break-ins in the area!! The robber emptied my glove box, the whole Jeep, and everything in the back including both of my kids things!!....literally everything.....totaling well over $500!!! The owner, Roger, won't even talk to me about it now!! I would think they would have cameras! They DO NOT, according to state police who I filed a report with. I would also assume they have insurance for something like this! They said oh well, it's my loss. My vehicle was on their lot, it was in their possession, it was their responsibility! Who knows, maybe it was an inside job?? I would also think a long time, returning customer who has referred a dozen people to them (all purchasing vehicles) would be treated better than this!

Read moreI had the driveshaft on my Jeep Cherokee replaced. It was diagnosed months ago by the previous dealership. The driveshaft was on back order for three months!! It was easy to get an appointment and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I do a lot of work myself and saw what they did and everything looked great It was warranty work so I can’t comment on the price. The only negative was the waiting room was sparse, not that it bothered me as long as I have something comfortable to sit on. That was the only complaint the chairs could use replacing. Any issues and concerns mentioned to the salesman are answered with 'we fix what it takes to pass out in house inspection' and 'if you don't want problems buy new' After discovering the vehicle was a rental and a commercial truck before being taken in for sale I cancelled the sale and left with another salesman following me out threateningly. Do yourselves a favor and steer clear of these folks, shady at best
